About the event
The Pause is a live one-hour studio special produced in partnership with Austin PBS, created to open up an honest and empowering conversation around menopause.
This evening brings together medical experts, wellness professionals, and thoughtful voices for a candid conversation about what women experience through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. From physical symptoms and emotional shifts to identity, relationships, and relief, this special is designed to inform, affirm, and connect.
While this conversation centers women’s health and wellbeing, all are welcome. We especially encourage the men in our lives — partners, spouses, sons, brothers, and friends — to join us so we can learn together.
Hear from our expert guests:
Dr. Paula Orr, Board‑Certified Obstetrician‑Gynecologist with deep expertise in women’s health, menopause care, and population health
Gabriella Espinosa, Menopause and Sexual Wellness Educator and host of Pleasure in the Pause
