Event Registration & Tickets
All event registrations and ticket purchases are subject to availability.

Coffee Milk Media reserves the right to modify or cancel events. If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a refund or credit as outlined at the time of purchase.

Media Release & Recording
By attending any Coffee Milk Media event or experience, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. You grant Coffee Milk Media the right to use your likeness, voice, image, and participation in promotional materials, digital content, publications, educational products, and future media projects without compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

is the property of Coffee Milk Media and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Participant Conduct
We are committed to creating safe, respectful, and inclusive experiences.
By participating, you agree to:
• Treat others with respect
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Follow event guidelines and instructions
Coffee Milk Media reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these expectations without refund.
Payments & Digital Products
All payments for digital content, programs, event, workshops, or services are final unless otherwise stated.
Access to digital materials is for personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
