​Coffee Milk Media didn’t begin with a business plan. There was no blueprint. No bold launch. It began with a feeling. A deep belief that stories have the power to change lives.​ Through seasons of searching, creating, and showing up imperfectly, the work evolved. The vision wasn’t clear at first, but like any powerful story, it revealed itself over time.

Using the very process we now teach—the CMM Framework™—we discovered our core message, reflected on the transformative moments that brought us here, and crafted a mission rooted in creativity, strategy, and impact.​ Today, everything we do is grounded in three key pillars: Discover. Develop. Deliver.

Coffee Milk Media was born from a morning tradition. Every morning growing up, our founder’s grandparents would fix her a cup of coffee milk as they drank their cups of Community Coffee. By the way, coffee milk is a little bit of coffee, a whole lot of milk, and even more love. But it wasn’t just a drink. It was a tradition of love, connection, and belonging.

That spirit lives at the heart of Coffee Milk Media today. More than a name, it represents the past, present, and future. It's a reminder that stories, like coffee milk, bring people together across generations and communities.
